Paid Time Off
Laitram an established Paid Time Off (“PTO”) program. Employees are accountable and responsible for managing their own PTO hours to allow for sufficient reserves if there is a need to cover vacation, illness, appointments, emergencies, or other situations that require time off from work.
Retirement Savings
We want to ensure that our employees can enjoy their retirement so we help them plan and save for their golden years. Laitram sponsors both a 401(k) tax deferred savings plan and an after-tax Roth 401(k).

Laitram participates with our employees in a tuition reimbursement program for approved educational programs. The purpose of the program is to financially assist the employee in the cost of higher education.
